These terms apply to your use of somoperformance.com and to text messages you receive from SOMO Performance, which is operated by Lifes Joy Chiropractic LLC ("SOMO Performance," "we," "us"). By using the site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.

SMS messaging terms

  • Program: SOMO Performance texts about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, coaching check-ins, and occasional offers about our services.
  • How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at somoperformance.com/contact. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP, call (330) 612-5698 or email drluke@somoperformance.com.
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messages from SOMO Performance.

Services and payment

Pricing, scheduling and cancellation details for in-person care and online coaching are provided when you book or enroll. Online coaching is month to month, with no long-term contract.
